urut bersalin/post natal massage

hehe lambat lagi nak bersalin tapi i dok sibuk cari tukang urut dah. i taknak ambik the same person yang urut i previously coz my hubby kena amik & hantar. if dekat takpa. kat sentul plak tu. jauhnya lah. so this time i prefer tukang urut yang boleh stay with us at least for 2 weeks. so far yang i dok survey ni, stay in package dia kira affordable lah kot coz boleh jaga i & baby 24/7, urut, tungku, bengkung, prepare air mandian herba,  lulur, masak for moi, mandi & urut baby etc. tapi i still dok survey lagi kot kot terjumpa yang lagi okay so ....any recommendations? :-)

to me berpantang and urut urut ni very very important coz badan kita ni nak guna lama. so if orang tua-tua dok bebel-bebel tu sila lah dengar, walaupon dah kuat hari ke-20 tu jangan ignore ye. nanti umur 40 dah sakit macam-macam. huhuhu tapi yang bengkung tu i terlanggar pantang sket. oooops hahahaha tapi this time i dah berkobar-kobar nak merajinkan diri untuk berbengkung secara konsisten. i nak perut macam jenn.ifer lo.pez! (dah anak 2 boleh ke nak perut macam jlo lagi?)

btw, siapa kata bersalin via caeser tu takleh berurut & berbengkung? actually you boleh start urut at least after 2 weeks :-)  i banyak baca tips berpantang kat  this blog http://iceblessedbeauty.blogspot.com/ ni. i even bought her ebook. bagus sangat. ada resipi berpantang, jadual waktu berpantang & macam-macam la lagi. then my mum belikan i this book.

bagus jugak buku ni. explanations pasal kenapa perlu berpantang tu sangat bagus. for first time mommies, i rasa these two books memang you perlu ada.

sushi hangover

I know I should avoid sashimi and sushi during pregnancy (READ: CAN YOU EAT SUSHI DURING PREGNANCY?)  but I really couldn't help it! :( masa aidan dulu I boleh control lagi, but this time tak boleh nak control coz i takda selera nak makan benda lain.

Set yang I selalu makan kat Rakuzen tu selalunya dalam range RM30-RM58. ada  few slices of  sakae, maguro and kampachi/hamaci sashimi, a bowl of rice, miso soup, chawanmushi, fruits, and  my hot ocha is FREE. sometimes i amik yang ada unagi. one day tu, i konon-konon nak berjimat cermat so i pergila beli some sushi kat jaya grocer's @ empire. pilih-pilih end up total dalam rm50.errrr for sushi only :( takkan i nak letak balik kan? dah dekat counter. tapi dalam hati tu cakap ish baik la gi makan Rakuzen.huhuhu

The sushi was okayyyy but sadly i threw up and got very sick after eating their sushi. Til today i dah tak teringin dah nak makan sushi or sashimi. fobia!!! tapi kan I rasa lah maybe the one that I bought kat Jaya Grocer's tu tak fresh that's why i muntah kot kan or maybe I dah sushi overdose :-(

guess who's pregnant again!? yup ME!!! i'm about 13 weeks now :-) Syukur Alhamdulillah

for now, i am mostly fine during the day but petang je i feel extremely tired and sick. the hardest thing is eating in the evening. i just dont fancy anything except for this!

i can't wait to feel a little better by the end of this first trimester. sekarang ni nak masak pon tak larat ja. kesian hubby selalu kena makan masakan wife orang lain  :-(

this book will be out around zhe world on 16th February 2012 woot!!woot!! tak sabarnyaaaaaa. i fell in love with Sophie Kinsella's lepas i baca "Can You Keep a Secret?" few yearsssss back.

the funny thing is, I've read all her stand alone novels but her Shopaholic Series satu pun i tak baca lagi. huhuhu tapi i dah tengok the movie :p

sorry BDO, i personally think that BDO can never ever beat BKK. Bangkok is  definitely a paradise for shoppers :-P hehe their food is an added bonus too.

tapi okayla if sekali sekali nak tukar angin. pegi  BDO pon okay jugak. kain lace and other fabrics sangat sangat SANGAT murah. they even provide 24 hrs tailoring services. my friend tempah baju lace+corset dress & also chiffon dress. memang siap 24hrs. tak tipu k

oh lupa. i suka nasi padang simpang raya compare to nasi padang sederhana. coz kat simpang raya ada ayam pop yang kaler putih tu. and sambal ijo dia best. tapi dua hari jela i boleh makan nasi padang. tekak tak bley terima dah more than that. hehe





p/s: if next time pegi, nak dok asmila boutique hotel.hotel tu betul-betul depan rumah mode. senang cket. nak shopping lintas je jalan  :-)
