aidan's 1st birthday cake

i admit. i am soooo fussy. nak pilih aidan's first birthday cake pon it took me almost two weeks. punya la cerewet. bukan apa. masa tu i blom decide nak theme apa.

at first i nak theme rubber ducky coz aidan loves his rubber ducky so much. i dah simpan dalam folder dah the decor,the cakes etc

then bila i tunjuk kat my hubby dia macam tak setuju. macam tak "cool" je theme rubber ducky tu. so okay. i pun google lah lagi theme apa lagi sesuai. then i came across someone's facebook. dia buat theme sesame street. cantikkkk! tapi aidan suka only elmo. he loves to watch elmo sings the abc song on youtube. so kami pun pilihlah elmo birthday theme :)

hehe rupanya dah ramai pon parents buat elmo theme on first birthday. we really had a hard time to make up our mind. kejap nak kek tu kejap nak kek ni. banyaaaaaak k cake cantik cantik. finally these are the cakes that i chose before i show it to my hubby. boss kena approve dulu :p 

fyi, i cari design cake dulu then baru la i cari orang to bake the cake :p i memang sangat sangat sangat cerewet. bila i google and tengok orang ni bake cake muka elmo ke muka  barney ke tak jadi terus i blacklist the cake baker. huhuhu kesian. oh well. blame the genes. 

yes! cake baker pon i dapat from  google. i came across jay's blog. although, she never bake an elmo cake before. but bila i tengok her works, i am confident that she can bake perfect  elmo cake for my aidan. these are some of her cakes

phewww! the party's over. lega rasanya. but i'm gonna blog about the bday later. tunggu few more photos from my sister.hmmmm tak cukup budget for photographer. so i just mintak tlg my sis & sil snap few photos. which i regret sbb tak banyak pon gambar i pose with my family & friends. banyak candid photos je. maybe next birthday la ye.

lagi few more days. uwaaaa saspennya! semua i dah settlekan this week. rasanya dah takda benda tertinggal. so i hope when the day comes, janganla catering ke orang belon ke aunty cake ke banyak songeh buat hal pulak huhuhuhu

first syawal, we all beraya di KL & Bentong. my hubby punya side ni hari raya pertama jelah yang meriah and dapat jumpa semua sedara mara lepas tu jangan harapla. tu pon one of his cousin kena kerja petang raya. nangis-nangis kena balik KL. huhuhu.

second syawal,we all pulang beraya kat Kota Bharu pulak. weeeeeee mujurla dey makey kambing kukus hj halim. nasik dagey, satay.heheheh best best. tapi tak sempatlah nak bergambar beramai2. i balik KB, my family pulak balik KL :-( takpa next year kita beraya sakan. dis year my bro tu nak UPSR tu yang kalut tu.

Third syawal, pagi-pagi lagi i ajak my hubby g pasar siti khadijah. nak cari "etok". tapi sedihnya tak jumpa laaaaaa. huwaaaaaaa Raya keempat pon pegi lagi. tak jumpa jugak. hmmmmm kene pujuk balik lagi la kelate ni.

Seeeee. told ya tak banyak pon gambar beraya. cameraman saye sakit perut :-( sabar je la. gambar posing-posing baju raya pon takde. hampehhhh.

p/s: encik hubby, i seriously think that we should take our first raya photo bertiga dekat studio. tsk!

selamat hari raya aidilfitri uols. 

can't wait to upload our raya photos. tak banyak mana pon . been busy since we came back from KB. huhuhu bukan busy apa. lepas raya biasa la penyakit perut terkezut melanda. plus, my hubby demam. hmmm now busy prepare for aidan birthday pulak. nanti lah. will upload the photos later. 

alhamdulillah, i berjaya puasa penuh last ramadhan. thanks to breastfeeding. my gynae  ada cakap some mommies yang bf tu memang kadang-kadang tak datang "bendera merah" setahun. so jangan panic ye mommies hehehe. and alhamdulillah rezeki aidan juge, berjaya fully bf sampai setahun. i don't take any supplements at all. just minum banyak air dan juge banyak makan :p   my ebm stocks pon since aidan 9 months lagi dah zero. kena rajin pump lah. terima kasihlah medela. jasamu akan kami kenang.

since my target to fully bf aidan dah tercapai. i cuba la bagi aidan formula milk yesterday. TAPI pandainye lah anak teruna ku ini, dia taknak minum pon formula milk tu. sabar je lah.

aidan oh aidan. maybe i should try other brands? tak sedap kot yang tu?
